ABOUT US
Sunday Service
Sunday 10:30am • Thorndown Primary School
Welcome to St Ives Christian Fellowship! Please follow the links on this page to find out who we are and what we do. Better still come along on Sunday morning and meet us all.
How Do I Know That God Loves Me?
We can go to (online) church every week and know the Bible really well, but if we don’t feel God’s love, what’s the point? People often approach religion with a fixed mind-set: obey these rules and God will love/favour/spare you. Christianity turns this on its head because it teaches us that God still loves us even if we break the rules. In fact, he loved us before we realised the rules existed...
Worship
We are a group of musicians and singers with a heart for worship, singing, contemporary praise and worship with the occasional hymn. We are also a New Wine worship hub.
Leadership
The church is led by Jason and Karen Street, assisted by a spiritual leadership team and charity trustees.

NEWS
Christmas Shoebox Appeal
December 2020
This year, as always, we are sending a number of shoeboxes filled with toys to children in need around the world as part of Operation Christmas Child — part of Samaritan's Purse UK. Our thanks to Jeff and Gill for coordinating this!

New Book Release
November 2020 • Dan Holland Prophetic Evangelism is a God‑given tool to energise our message, giving it immediacy, relevance, authority and power that other evangelism programmes may lack. Prophetic insight, coupled with evangelism, can wonderfully open up opportunities for encounter. The good news of Jesus is as powerful today as it was 2000 years ago.

Light 2020 Mission
30 May - 7 June 2020
Churches within a 10 mile radius of Bluntisham were invited to welcome some walking witnesses.

These were ordinary Christian people from all over the UK who visited communities and shared the good news of Jesus Christ.
ONGOING
Messy Church
11:00am • Crossways
Messy Church is an exciting community event which takes place several times a year and is an opportunity to learn more about Jesus, whilst also making things, laughing at puppets and eating food together. Follow the links below to find out more.
Toddler Group
Thursday 9:00am - 10:40am • Burleigh Hill Community Centre We run a toddler group that meets in a substantial hall, where we provide table top activities, children’s books area, Duplo area, a car mat, push along and ride on toys and a carpeted area for babies with baby toys. We also have a refreshment period starting 9:40am for the children and adults. The morning ends with a tidy up time followed by children’s songs on the carpeted “baby” area. We hope to resume after all the coronavirus restrictions have been lifted and children can again safely play with each other.

Pause
Our Pause retreat days/mornings are times for the women of SICF (and their friends!) to come together and literally to “pause”...

Pause:

  • in God’s presence
  • to focus on God
  • to pray, worship and explore God's word.
All with the aim of knowing God better and honouring Him as we learn together. You are very welcome to join us.
